All tabletop gamers know that you can never have too many dice.

It’s just an impossibility that you accept once you start discovering the joys of polyhedral dice.

There’s always a more colourful, fancy or ornate set of dice out there to discover – and it’s pretty much impossible to resist the charms of a set of dice once they catch your eye.

The particular set that I’ve been trying out at the Bronze Hollow Dragon Dice, from Dice Dragons.

You don’t need me to tell you how incredible these dice look – just cast your eyes over them in the photos I took.

As you can see – and, as their name reveals, they’re hollow dice with a bronze metal finish; not only that, but each face on every die features an intricate, detailed dragon.

They have a lovely heft, though they don’t feel heavy; after all, they are hollow.

They make a lovely, metallic clinking sound when rolled together; rolling d10s simultaneously for a percentage has never been so satisfying.

They’re incredibly well made and feel like they’re very resilient; though of course – as we’ve already established – you can never, ever have too many dice.

If these were your only set, I suspect that they’d be more than enough for your needs, even with sustained use, for a long time indeed.

Dice Dragons sell these hollow dice in a range of colours, but also have a great selection of other metal dice too – as well as plenty of other types of polyhedral dice (and accessories as well!).

I’m very impressed with these Bronze Hollow Dragon Dice; if you are on the lookout for another set of dice to add to your collection (which hopefully hasn’t got so out of control that you could dive into your dice, Scrooge McDuck style), it’s well worth checking out what Dice Dragons have on offer.
