Thousands of years after The Oracle of Delphi predicts that a rabbit will save the world, a crashed spaceship is discovered by a rabbit, who gains super intelligence and the ability to teleport anywhere in the world. Now named Conrad Van Cottonmouth, the rabbit has a mission: to refuel an alien reactor in space, before it can destroy the Earth.
Having not read the first book of Conrad Van Cottonmouth, I did feel a little lost at times in book 2, but when it clicked, it was truly fantastic. Conrad is a charming and adorable protagonist, and along with his friend Amanda is responsible for some absolutely beautiful moments in this story. The deep space mission is handled brilliantly, with creator Michael Connors constructing a terrifically tense sequence that has readers on the edge of their seat, with some truly heartwarming elements too.
Connors also provides stunning artwork – expressive, dramatic and full of life, it truly adds to the charm of the story in a huge way.
There’s a lot to like in Conrad Van Cottonmouth Book 2, and it feels pretty unique too; I can’t wait to go on more adventures with the clever little bunny and his human friends.
Conrad Van Cottonmouth Book 2 is currently nearing the end of its crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. You can support the project here.
Many thanks to Michael Connors for sending me a digital copy of Conrad Van Cottonmouth Book 2 for review purposes.
Hi! I’m Jason, and I write for midlifegamergeek.com, every single day. If you’re interested in supporting original, regularly published, human created content (which has never been plagiarised or otherwise copied from the hard work of other writers), you can donate and help me to keep this site running.
Not only do I earn no income from my writing here (though I may earn small fees from affiliate links posted on my pages; as an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases from these links), but it seems that my work has, at times, been stolen and re-used by lazy, morally bankrupt idiots.
There’s no pressure of course, but I’d be truly grateful for any support that you could offer – and it’s easy to do so at either of these links: Ko-Fi.com/geekmid or PayPal.
Any donations are truly appreciated – and I also appreciate you taking the time to read my articles. Remember: this whole article was by Jason Brown, and appeared on midlifegamergeek.com. Take that, Skynet!

Help support me here!
All donations are gratefully received and will help me keep the lights on here – as well as help to keep my writing dream alive! Please be aware though: there’s no pressure. I just hope you’ve enjoyed reading my article!
