Oh no. The Unity crossover continues in this issue, which features chapter fourteen of the interminable, multi-comic story.

Jack is in the world outside of time, being healed, and suddenly falls in love, taking no time at all to get nekkid with a future woman. Multiple times!

And then tons of other stuff happens, with loads of other characters, including a potentially incestuous royal relationship.

Shadowman himself feels like a terrible fit for this kind of wannabe sci-fi epic featuring just about all of Valiant’s characters, and he doesn’t exactly cover himself in glory, given that at one point he simply watches someone murder an innocent woman, doing nothing about it until after the event.

Thankfully, it’s back to the regular, earthbound antics of Jack Boniface in the next issue…
