With Agent John Jones under attack, who’s going to protect his family? With the Green Martian in his mind, John discovers that the possibilities are endless; or at least, they would be if the White Martian wasn’t determined to cause chaos across the city…
This issue finally stops messing around and, even though it’s still a massive mindf**k, it’s a much more satisfying and action oriented chapter than the previous few. The series had started to feel like it was meandering and wallowing in mean-spiritedness, but things definitely improve here.
There’s even another Martianvision page to check out, which DC have, this time around, thoughtfully ensured that digital readers don’t miss out on the visual surprise.
Where are we going with Absolute Martian Manhunter? Who knows, but with the story finally beginning to get closer to the phenomenal heights of the consistently stunning art, it looks like it’s going to be an interesting journey at the very least.
Hi! I’m Jason, and I write for midlifegamergeek.com, every single day. If you’re interested in supporting original, regularly published, human created content (which has never been plagiarised or otherwise copied from the hard work of other writers), you can donate and help me to keep this site running.
Not only do I earn no income from my writing here (though I may earn small fees from affiliate links posted on my pages; as an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases from these links), but it seems that my work has, at times, been stolen and re-used by lazy, morally bankrupt idiots.
There’s no pressure of course, but I’d be truly grateful for any support that you could offer – and it’s easy to do so at either of these links: Ko-Fi.com/geekmid or PayPal.
Any donations are truly appreciated – and I also appreciate you taking the time to read my articles. Remember: this whole article was by Jason Brown, and appeared on midlifegamergeek.com. Take that, Skynet!

Help support me here!
All donations are gratefully received and will help me keep the lights on here – as well as help to keep my writing dream alive! Please be aware though: there’s no pressure. I just hope you’ve enjoyed reading my article!
