Kaiju fans rejoice, as Zen Studios are here to spoil you with three giant monster-themed VR tables.

There’s Godzilla, Kong and Godzilla vs Kong tables in this DLC pack, each of which is accompanied by a different and very noisy monster standing next to you as you play.

Each table is up to the usual Zen standards, with excellent table features, brilliantly thematic design and great audio too.

The tables may not be the most memorable designs, but there’s no denying that they’re solid and for fans of the Monsterverse, or just big, city-levelling beasts in general, there’s plenty of hard hitting fun to be had here.

It’s a little odd that Mechagodzilla is the character to stand beside you on the standalone Godzilla table, whereas you find Godzilla looming over you on Godzilla vs Kong. Still, that odd choice aside it’s difficult to fault these tables, or the value of the pack itself, given that it contains three distinct, fun machines.

Though not essential, in my opinion, the Zen-designed tables rarely compare to the recreations of real pinball tables for me, but that might just be my nostalgia talking.

And of course, there’s still something to be said for using mixed reality to have Godzilla and Kong stomping next to you in your real life play area too!
