The dust hadn’t even settled on the incredibly exciting news that Duke Nukem would be coming to the Evercade (alongside a gorgeous Duke-themed console – check out the full news here), when it was quickly pointed out to Blaze Entertainment that they were using AI art to promote Duke Nukem 1+2 Remastered.

To their credit, Blaze responded quickly with a statement in which they assured fans that the art was being removed and replaced ‘where possible ‘.

Hopefully, this is just a small bump in the road. Blaze have built up an awful lot of goodwill with excellent products, as well as the fact that they do listen and react to the Evercade community in a positive way.

Their quick and decisive response to this has given me a lot of faith that it was completely unintentional and simply an oversight; their response does feel genuine and it immediately addresses the issue too.
