A fearsome demon is loose, rampaging its way through the city and murdering people indiscriminately, regardless of their political affiliation. Sonja is doing her best to keep it busy, but she’s going to need someone else to step up if the demon is to be stopped…

This story has been brilliant from start to end; political intrigue, kickass action and some neat twists have all been very well executed along the way. Writer Rory McConville is a great fit for Sonja, it seems, and artist Pablo de Bonis has done a great job of illustrating the sometimes gruesome, gory fights.

There’s plenty of that gore on display in this finale, which wraps things up in a very satisfying way; even if someone does end up fading into the shadows to potentially return as a threat further down the line…
