I’ve been keen to get my hands on Pecaminosa, an extremely intriguing, very promising noir game, for some time. With a beautifully implemented pixel art style and a superb, era appropriate jazz soundtrack, it’s looking like a unique and unmissable action RPG experience.

In Pecaminosa’s fantastical noir tale, players take on the role of a disgraced detective handling a very strange case: assisting a dead mobster’s ghost with cleansing his sins – so he can ascend to heaven.

Though the title’s development has seen several delays – and was due to launch in March this year – the work is nearing completion and a new date of May 2021 has been set, to ensure that the title launches on all platforms simultaneously.

With just a few months to go until launch, it won’t be long before we’re exploring the dark, dangerous and slightly supernatural streets in Pecaminosa.
