Ah, isn’t it a relief now that Christmas is out of the way? All of that stress over shopping, cooking and socialising. Not to mention all of those presents!

Hang on, that doesn’t sound so bad, does it? And there is always the thought that a certain someone has; the wish that it could be Christmas every day.

At least in the world of video games, it can be. Sort of.

In Azazel’s Christmas Fable – a cheerfully subversive point and click adventure with a seasonal theme – the underappreciated, underworld imp of the title sets about trying to prove himself by undertaking a quest for his demonic overlord, Gorgomon the Great.

That quest takes Azazel on a fun, amusing and Christmas themed adventure to find and discover the ‘source of joy’ that emanates from the North Pole – but will he do it?

With Azazel disguising himself as an Elf in order to become one of them, will he be able to destroy Christmas from within?

You’ll have to check out Azazel’s Christmas Fable for yourself to find out, but suffice to say that this point and click adventure looks charming, witty and full of old school fun that should please just about any gamer, of any age – and at any time of year.

Why wait until the next holiday season to give it a spin? You can find Azazel’s Christmas Fable on Steam at this link. After all, you just might have a hand in saving Christmas. Or destroying it…
