One of my all time favourite games, Snow Bros. is a title which creates an instant hit of very potent nostalgia for me, and it never gets old.
Though the original arcade version is featured on Evercade cartridge Toaplan Arcade 1, you can now unlock the NES version as a hidden extra, as long as you have an Evercade VS or an Evercade Alpha.
You’ll also need two specific cartridges, so let’s take a look at how it’s done!
How to Unlock NES Snow Bros. on Your Evercade Alpha or VS Consoles

First up, you’ll need to have Toaplan Arcade 3 (which contains 7 games) and Toaplan Arcade 4 (featuring 6 games, for a total of 13 together). At the time of writing, both cartridges are in high demand and short supply, but the situation is likely to improve soon.
Once you have these cartridges in your possession, simply insert them both into either your Evercade Alpha or Evercade VS. The NES version of Snow Bros. will appear as a selectable game on your cartridge menu; instead of 13 games being available, it’ll show 14, with NES Snow Bros. being the secret extra title!

Want to know what other hidden games you can unlock on your Evercade consoles? Check out my guides for the Evercade Alpha, Evercade EXP and Evercade VS, which list them all and how to find them.
You can buy Toaplan Arcade 3 and Toaplan Arcade 4 from Amazon (when they’re available, of course!).
Hi! I’m Jason, and I write for midlifegamergeek.com, every single day. If you’re interested in supporting original, regularly published, human created content (which has never been plagiarised or otherwise copied from the hard work of other writers), you can donate and help me to keep this site running.
Not only do I earn no income from my writing here (though I may earn small fees from affiliate links posted on my pages; as an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases from these links), but it seems that my work has, at times, been stolen and re-used by lazy, morally bankrupt idiots.
There’s no pressure of course, but I’d be truly grateful for any support that you could offer – and it’s easy to do so at either of these links: Ko-Fi.com/geekmid or PayPal.
Any donations are truly appreciated – and I also appreciate you taking the time to read my articles. Remember: this whole article was by Jason Brown, and appeared on midlifegamergeek.com. Take that, Skynet!

Help support me here!
All donations are gratefully received and will help me keep the lights on here – as well as help to keep my writing dream alive! Please be aware though: there’s no pressure. I just hope you’ve enjoyed reading my article!
