It being the final day of 2022, it felt like a good opportunity to take a very rare breather and have a quick look at how things have gone this year.

In 2022, my blog has been checked out by 45,000 unique visitors, with over 60,000 views on my posts.

It’s way in excess of previous years; considering that I’ve not yet been able to put any proper work into the look of the blog – as opposed to its content, which I’m constantly working on – I consider that a pretty big win!

My busiest day on the blog ever in terms of visitors and views just happened to be Boxing Day 2022, when more than 500 posts were read. Over Christmas, my review of VR title Richie’s Plank Experience absolutely exploded – my guess is that lots of people out there got some form of VR headset for Christmas!

So in any case, it’s great to see the blog doing so well. And I have to say thanks to each and every one of you who takes the time to read my content. I truly appreciate it!

So goodbye to a year of successful blogging – and here’s to another, as we head into 2023. Happy New Year everyone!
