Working at the only all night diner in town can be a drag – and burger flipper Alex is bored. On a rare excursion out of the diner with family member and co-worker Joy, Alex discovers a way to bring some excitement into his world while doing some good and keeping the secret that he and his fellow All-Nighters need to ensure is never revealed. Is he going to push his luck too far and ruin the lives of everyone he lives and works with?

The All-Nighter #1 is an absolute breath of fresh air. I’d urge you to download it from Comixology (yes, I know it’s not good now – but unfortunately it’s a Comixology/Amazon exclusive) without even glancing at the blurb – there’s so many rapid fire twists and turns in just this single issue that it makes for a massively entertaining and unpredictable read.

Is it a slice of life comic? A superhero origin story? A horror comic? Yes.

Just read it and see for yourself. I have no idea where it’s going, but it looks like it’s going to be a blast finding out.
